Inspired, motivated, a must have!!
This was a well put together, heart felt book. I was in tears at one point, you can feel the author ( Linda’s) experience throughout the book. Great read. Highly recommended
This book is a quick-read. Short, thought-provoking, and straight to the point. As a mental health counselor, the main theme that stuck out to me is how we can change the trajectory of our lives based on our thoughts and actions, regardless of our past traumas and experiences. In counseling, we use a modality with clients known as CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), in which we teach them the relationship between our experiences, thoughts (based on our perceptions), feelings, and actions. We cannot change what happened to us, but we can change how we view/think about our experiences, which influences our feelings, and based on those feelings, we change our actions/behavior. I highly recommend this book which can be used as a self-help book by some, and for others, it can be used as a workbook in addition to therapy services.

Great motivational piece
Linda really nailed capturing the tools we need to heal. The hype around this book has been unquestionable and, admittedly, that made me order it the first day it was available. I was both eager and excited to get my hands on it. You need this to start off your New Year for sure!!
